DESCRIPTION:
The measurements, descriptions and photos of each piece are as accurate as possible. Slight variations in colour, glazing, texture, size and shape should be expected, as is the nature of hand made work.
PAYMENT:
All payments are made using PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to be able to make a payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, credit cards and debit cards.
DELIVERY:
After an item has been purchased, it will be shipped within 2-5 days.
If you require something sooner, please get in contact and we can organise a pick up time from our studio space in Melbourne.
All orders over $50 will automatically be shipped with a tracking number, this will be provided once the item has been shipped.
PACKAGING:
Each item will be packaged carefully and we will do our best to make sure the item is packaged as well as we can for shipment.
RETURNS / REFUND POLICY:
All of our products are handmade in Melbourne and are one of a kind. All sales are final.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Our handmade stoneware ceramic pieces are fired to stoneware temperatures. They have been glazed inside with food-safe glazes. We recommend that you hand wash each piece to keep them safer for longer. Please keep these pieces away from extreme temperatures.
